Summary: Lead all technical engineering disciplines, providing design and engineering services for project execution, ensuring technical quality and integrity. Highlights: 1. Manage technical competence requirements across all levels **Primary Purpose of the Job:** Head of all technical engineering disciplines, accountable to provide technical design and engineering services, across all stages of project execution, for the Idd El\-Shargi North Dome (ISND) Project in order to achieve the required technical quality and integrity of work while considering project objectives in terms of safety, quality, time and cost and in accordance with the Project and QatarEnergy Corporate procedures. Manage the Technical Competence requirement for all engineering disciplines, from new graduate to highest level Technical Authority and discipline management. **Required Experience and Skills:** 1\. 15 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 8 years proven experience as Senior Engineering Manager on major offshore projects and sites in the Oil \& Gas industry, globally and/or within the Arabian Gulf region. 2\. Skill/ knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or QatarEnergy standards related to his area of expertise. 3\. Possess extensive leadership, coordination, communication and management skills within an integrated PTF organization and in dealing with EPIC Contractor PTF. **Educational Qualifications:** 1\. Bachelor Degree in Discipline Engineering. 2\. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent or certified PMP member.
