Your role is to create a warm, welcoming environment by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in. You will be responsible for managing the seating arrangements, taking reservations, and maintaining an organized front\-of\-house. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests as they enter the café, offering them a warm and friendly reception. * Manage the seating chart and efficiently allocate tables to optimize service flow and minimize wait times. * Take and manage reservations, ensuring that guest preferences and special requests are noted. * Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, café services, and any special promotions. * Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure that tables are properly set and that guests receive prompt service. * Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. * Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front\-of\-house area, including the entrance and waiting areas. * Provide information about the café’s offerings and assist with takeout orders or other requests. * Ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience by communicating with kitchen and service staff. **Qualifications:** * 3\-4 years experience in coffee shops or relevant field. * Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing and reading).
