Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and performing quantity take-offs for HVAC systems. Highlights: 1. Prepare, revise, and update HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP. 2. Develop detailed layout drawings in compliance with project specifications. 3. Perform accurate material quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings. We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented HVAC Draftsman with hands\-on experience in preparing technical drawings and performing quantity take\-offs for HVAC systems. The successful candidate will support our project for HVAC installation across commercial and residential facilities in Qatar. The role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to accurately extract material quantities from drawings to support procurement and project planning. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, revise, and update HVAC shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP. * Develop detailed layout drawings for ductwork, piping, equipment, and accessories in compliance with project specifications and international standards. * Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and clash\-free. * Produce single\-line diagrams, sections, and detail drawings for HVAC installations. * Perform accurate material quantity take\-offs from HVAC drawings including ductwork (supply, return, exhaust), piping, insulation, equipment, and accessories. * Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the estimation and procurement teams. * Review drawings and specifications to identify scope of work and material requirements for AMC activities. * Track material usage against quantities and flag discrepancies to the project manager. * Liaise with site engineers and supervisors to reflect field changes in updated drawings * **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: Split, window,VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and related equipment.
