Resolving technical issues in control systems and instrumentation. **Instrumentation \& Control Manager** Job Overview: Our company is seeking a highly experienced Instrumentation & Control Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and operation of instrumentation and control systems for large-scale industrial projects, ensuring measurement accuracy, process stability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Leading the Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering team for industrial projects. * Designing and developing Instrumentation \& Control (I\&C) systems. * Overseeing control systems such as DCS, PLC, and SCADA. * Reviewing and approving technical drawings (Loop Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Logic Diagrams). * Ensuring integration of control systems with electrical and mechanical processes. * Supporting testing and commissioning activities (FAT / SAT / Commissioning). * Resolving technical issues in control systems and instrumentation. * Managing suppliers, contractors, and consultants. * Ensuring compliance with ISA, IEC, and other industry standards. * Preparing technical reports and tracking project progress. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. * 10–15 years of experience in Instrumentation \& Control. * Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects. * Strong knowledge of: * DCS (Distributed Control Systems) * PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) * SCADA Systems * Solid understanding of industrial measurement and control devices. Preferred Certifications: * ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) * PMP (an added advantage) * HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA Required Skills: * Designing instrumentation and control systems. * Solving complex technical problems. * Managing technical teams. * Project management and cross-disciplinary coordination. * Communication skills with clients and contractors. * Attention to detail and precision.
