Job Summary: Manage and supervise the execution of all mechanical works in projects and facilities, ensuring implementation in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety procedures **Job Objective:** Manage and supervise the execution of all mechanical works in projects and facilities, ensuring implementation in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality and safety standards, within the approved budget and schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage and coordinate all mechanical works and activities on the project. * Supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors; assign tasks and monitor performance. * Review mechanical drawings, plans, and technical specifications. * Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems. * Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to the schedule and execution plan. * Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural engineering teams to ensure work integration. * Ensure quality of work, materials, and equipment, verifying compliance with approved specifications. * Monitor HVAC, ventilation, piping, pumps, and mechanical equipment works per project scope. * Identify technical issues during execution and propose appropriate solutions. * Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders. * Monitor mechanical works costs and contribute to budget preparation and expense control. * Prepare periodic reports on work progress, completion percentages, and technical issues. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures at work sites. * Participate in inspection, commissioning, and final handover of systems and equipment. * Monitor maintenance and mechanical modifications as required. * Ensure compliance with relevant engineering codes, standards, and local regulations. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Strong experience in managing and executing mechanical works, preferably in construction or industrial projects. * Experience in managing teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Good knowledge of engineering specifications, standards, quality systems, and safety systems. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans. * Strong skills in planning, project management, and problem-solving. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage project budgets and schedules. * Proficiency in Arabic and English. * Professional engineering license or certification per local regulations is preferred.
