Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency **Job Description** We are seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, safety, and cost\-effective performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and manage overall plant operations and production. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. * Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. * Lead, mentor, and evaluate plant managers and operational teams. * Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance. * Coordinate with other departments to meet production and business goals. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). * Strong knowledge of production, quality, maintenance, and safety management. * Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities. Pay: QAR380,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
