We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who can take ownership of our sourcing strategy across raw materials, yarn supply networks, and international vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Procurement Strategy Develop and execute sourcing strategies for yarn, fabric inputs, packaging materials, and industrial services. Vendor Management Build and maintain long term supplier relationships across local and international textile markets. Cost Optimization Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining consistent quality and supply reliability. Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, stable supply agreements, and favorable terms. Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow. Risk Management Monitor supplier performance, mitigate supply disruptions, and ensure compliance with company standards. What We Are Looking For Experience Six plus years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with at least two years in a senior level position. Industry Knowledge Experience in textiles, manufacturing, or industrial procurement is highly preferred. Skills Strong negotiation ability, analytical thinking, supplier evaluation, and contract management expertise. Tools Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tracking tools. Mindset You are commercially sharp, detail oriented, and capable of managing high volume procurement in a fast paced production environment. Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR18,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
