Support daily restaurant operations and food safety standards Client Detail: We have one restaurant and we need Shawarma helper. To assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area, and support the smooth daily operation of the restaurant while complying with food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities * Wash, peel, and cut vegetables for daily food preparation. * Prepare and organize ingredients as instructed by the Chef or Shawarma Maker. * Assist in preparing salads, sauces, and other basic food items. * Clean and sanitize food preparation tables, utensils, knives, and kitchen equipment. * Wash dishes, trays, and kitchen tools. * Store food items properly and maintain cleanliness in storage areas. * Refill ingredients and supplies in the preparation area when required. * Dispose of kitchen waste and keep the work area clean and hygienic. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. * Assist with other kitchen support duties as assigned by the Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager. Qualifications \& Skills * Previous experience as a kitchen helper is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of vegetable preparation and food hygiene. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. * Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Reporting To * Chef / Kitchen Supervisor / Restaurant Manager Pay: QAR1,400\.00 \- QAR1,600\.00 per month Work Location: In person
