To strengthen our admissions team, we are seeking an experienced **Admissions Manager** to lead student recruitment and enrollment processes. Role Overview The **Admissions Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the admissions cycle, managing student recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication expertise, and the ability to represent the school’s values to the community. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract and enroll students. * Manage the full admissions process, from inquiries to enrollment. * Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding. * Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective families. * Maintain accurate records and admissions data in compliance with school policies. * Monitor enrollment targets and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. * Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders. * Lead and mentor admissions staff to achieve excellence in service delivery. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. * 7–10 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in international schools. * Proven track record of managing admissions processes and achieving enrollment goals. * Strong knowledge of educational systems and admissions best practices. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
