Summary: Switzel International is seeking a Director of Projects / Head of Project Delivery to lead all project execution and technical/BIM teams, serving as the single point of contact for clients. Executive-level authority over project and BIM delivery, reporting to CEO Switzel International is seeking a **Director of Projects / Head of Project Delivery** to lead all project execution across the organization. This role will be the **single point of contact** for all clients on technical and delivery matters and will head all technical and BIM teams across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Engineering disciplines. **Strong BIM experience and leadership are mandatory for this role**, as projects are delivered through BIM\-led workflows and digital collaboration environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as the **one point of contact** for all clients on technical, BIM, coordination, and delivery matters. * Lead and manage all technical and BIM teams across disciplines. * Define BIM\-driven project delivery strategies and execution plans. * Establish project teams, roles, and resourcing aligned with BIM and project requirements. * Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of all projects. * Control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality across the full project portfolio. * Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, client BIM protocols, and contractual requirements. * Resolve cross\-discipline technical and BIM coordination issues. * Standardize BIM, QA/QC, and project management processes across the company. * Provide consolidated project, BIM, and risk status reports directly to the CEO. * Serve as the focal point for **all internal and external technical and BIM\-related queries**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred). * **15\+ years of experience** in project delivery, with strong exposure to BIM\-led projects. * Proven experience leading **multi\-discipline technical and BIM teams**. * Demonstrated hands\-on understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and digital delivery. * Strong project management expertise, including: * **PMP or equivalent certification** (preferred) * **Primavera P6** for planning and scheduling * Experience working within CDE environments and managing BIM standards and compliance. * Strong client\-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. * Experience delivering **Middle East projects** is a strong advantage. * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills. **Why Join Switzel International:** * Executive\-level authority over all project and BIM delivery. * Direct reporting to the CEO. * Opportunity to lead and shape BIM\-driven delivery standards company\-wide. * Exposure to complex, international projects.
