With a strong commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations in Doha and seeking an experienced **E\-commerce Operations Manager** to oversee and optimize our online business processes. Role Overview The **E\-commerce Operations Manager** will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day e\-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and driving operational excellence across logistics, inventory, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to scale operations in a fast\-growing digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily e\-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and logistics. * Manage inventory control, warehouse coordination, and supply chain efficiency. * Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance platform performance and customer experience. * Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and international e\-commerce standards. * Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth. * Lead and mentor operations staff to achieve excellence in service delivery. * Report regularly to senior leadership on operational performance and risks. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in e\-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale e\-commerce platforms. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems, e\-commerce tools, and analytics platforms. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
