We are looking for a **Senior Program Delivery Manager (m/f/d)** who can take ownership of enterprise program execution, strategic implementation, and operational delivery excellence. You will lead cross\-functional project teams, bridging the gap between executive strategy, operational execution, and client expectations. Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. **Delivery Excellence** Manage budgets, resources, delivery timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent initiatives. **Team Leadership** Mentor Project Managers, Business Analysts, and operational teams. Conduct delivery reviews and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. **Stakeholder Management** Build strong relationships with executive leadership, enterprise clients, and internal departments. Present program performance, strategic recommendations, and delivery updates with confidence. **Risk \& Governance** Identify operational risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** **Experience** 8\+ years in program management, enterprise delivery, consulting, or operational transformation, with at least 3\+ years in leadership roles. **Certifications** Professional certifications such as Project Management Institute PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile program leadership credentials are highly preferred. **Leadership Skills** Strong experience leading cross\-functional teams, managing enterprise stakeholders, and delivering high\-value strategic initiatives. **Communication Skills** Fluent English is required for executive presentations, client workshops, and strategic documentation. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. **Mindset** You are strategic, decisive, and commercially aware.
