Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large\-scale fiber optic and telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of fiber optic and telecom infrastructure projects. * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Supervise project teams and provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management. * Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management. * Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues efficiently. * Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Support business development and contribute to strategic project planning initiatives. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field. * Minimum 10\+ years of experience in project management within telecom, fiber optic, or infrastructure industries. * Proven experience managing large\-scale FTTH, OSP, ISP, or telecom network deployment projects. * PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification preferred. * Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure standards, fiber networks, and project lifecycle management. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. Preferred Skills * Experience working in Qatar or GCC telecom projects. * Strong commercial and contractual management experience. * Knowledge of local regulations and telecom compliance standards. * Ability to lead cross\-functional and multicultural teams.
