Supporting senior management in decision-making and achieving sustainable growth Strategic Planning Manager Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to lead the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing internal and external environments, identifying institutional priorities, and supporting senior management in making decisions that achieve sustainable growth and improve overall performance. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and review the organization's strategic plan. * Analyze market and economic data to identify opportunities and challenges. * Establish strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives across various departments. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management on strategic performance. * Support organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives. * Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives. * Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment of operational plans with strategy. * Analyze competitors and market trends. * Contribute to strategic risk management. * Lead strategic workshops and meetings. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. * 7–12 years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting. * Strong experience in data analysis and decision-making. * High-level analytical and strategic thinking skills. * Ability to prepare executive presentations and reports. * Experience working with senior management and decision-makers. * Proficiency in analytical tools; Power BI or Advanced Excel is an added advantage.
