We are seeking a highly skilled and hands\-on **Site Engineering Foreman** with a strong background in **interior fit\-out and finishing works**. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of **6 years of proven site experience** and will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring top\-quality workmanship, and supporting the site engineer and project team in delivering projects **on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards**. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of works according to project plans and schedules. * Oversee and guide site teams, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications. * Ensure that all construction and finishing activities follow approved drawings, method statements, and company standards. * Monitor work progress and provide daily site reports to the Site Engineer and Project Manager. * Assist in the planning and sequencing of work to meet project milestones and deadlines. * Conduct inspections to ensure that finishing works, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and other interior details are executed flawlessly. * Identify potential issues or deviations on site and promptly report them for corrective action. * Ensure safety and cleanliness of the site, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. * Support in snagging, final finishing, and handover processes. **Requirements** * Minimum **6 years of experience** as a Site Foreman in interior fit\-out and finishing projects. * Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, finishing materials, and site practices. * Proven ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with subcontractors effectively. * Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
