The ideal candidate will have **3–5 years of experience in standalone or hotel restaurants**, with a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high\-volume restaurant operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome, greet, and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner * Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover * Supervise and support service staff to ensure smooth daily operations * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy * Ensure service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are maintained * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak operations **Requirements:** * **3–5 years of F\&B experience** in a standalone restaurant or hotel restaurant * **Bilingual preferred** * Must be **locally available in Qatar** with a transferable visa/NOC * **Pleasant personality**, well\-presented, and customer\-focused * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Ability to manage operations in a **busy restaurant environment** * **Immediate joiners preferred** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you bilingual ? and how would you rate your fluency in each language? * Do you have 3–5 years of experience working as a Hostess or Captain in a standalone restaurant or hotel restaurant? * Are you currently based in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC, and can you join immediately?
