Job Description:
* Enter and update shutdown\-related data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
* Maintain records of work orders, equipment status, manpower allocation, and inspection reports.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.Compile daily, weekly, and final shutdown progress reports.
* Track outstanding activities and ensure records are updated promptly.Organize and file shutdown documentation, permits, and reports.Coordinate with planners, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors to collect required information.
* Generate reports, charts, and summaries as requested by management.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of project information.Support administrative activities related to shutdown planning and execution.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or document control.Experience in industrial shutdown/turnaround projects is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Experience with SAP, CMMS, Maximo, or other maintenance management systems is an advantage.
