Collaborative role working with creative, marketing, and media teams. **Key ResponsibilitiesBrand \& Marketing Design** * Create and maintain visual consistency across all restaurant brands * Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, banners, and digital ads * Develop creative assets for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches * Support branding initiatives for new outlets and concept development **Digital Content Design** * Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and digital campaigns * Create engaging visual content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms * Collaborate with the content team to ensure strong visual storytelling * Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms **Menu \& Print Design** * Design restaurant menus (printed, digital, QR menus, delivery platforms) * Ensure menu layouts are visually appealing, easy to read, and brand\-aligned * Update menu designs regularly based on promotions or seasonal changes * Prepare print\-ready files and coordinate with printing suppliers **Creative Collaboration** * Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Photography/Videography teams * Translate creative briefs into high\-quality visual executions * Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions * Ensure alignment between visuals, photography, and brand messaging **Production \& Asset Management** * Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use * Manage design assets, templates, and brand files systematically * Ensure all outputs meet quality, resolution, and brand standards * Maintain version control and organized file structures **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in F\&B, hospitality, or retail) * Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design * Knowledge of social media design formats and trends * Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines * Strong attention to detail and brand consistency **Preferred Skills** * Motion graphics skills (After Effects is a plus) * Basic video editing knowledge * Experience with restaurant branding or menu design * Familiarity with AI design tools and digital content workflows **Key Competencies** * Creativity and visual storytelling * Time management and multitasking * Brand awareness and consistency * Collaboration and communication * Adaptability in fast\-paced environments * Attention to detail Work Location: In person
