First point of contact for employee HR queries **Position:** HR Assistant **Department:** Human Resources **Reporting to:** HR Manager / Office Manager / Operation Director **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Role Overview** The HR Assistant at FGRealty provides essential day\-to\-day support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the company. This role is key in supporting recruitment, employee relations, documentation and compliance in line with Qatar Labour Law and FGRealty's internal policies. **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment \& Onboarding** * Assist in posting job vacancies across relevant platforms and screening incoming applications * Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers * Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents * Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners including induction, system access and documentation * Maintain and update the employee database with new hire information **HR Administration** * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records both physical and digital * Prepare HR documents including salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs and experience letters upon request * Assist in processing employee requests such as leave applications, salary amendments and contract renewals * Track and manage employee leave balances and attendance records * Support the preparation of monthly payroll data and coordinate with the finance team * File and organise HR documents ensuring confidentiality at all times * Update and maintain the HR system and internal trackers regularly **Employee Relations** * Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures and entitlements * Support the resolution of employee concerns and escalate to the HR Manager when necessary * Assist in organising company events, team meetings and employee engagement activities * Communicate HR updates and announcements to all staff **Compliance \& Legal** * Ensure all employee documentation complies with Qatar Labour Law requirements * Assist in managing visa, QID, work permit renewals and government\-related procedures in coordination with the PRO * Support the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with Aqarat and relevant regulatory bodies * Maintain records of disciplinary actions, warnings and exit procedures **Offboarding** * Coordinate the offboarding process for resigned or terminated employees * Prepare final settlement calculations in line with Qatar Labour Law * Ensure the return of company property and completion of exit procedures * Issue experience and clearance letters upon completion of exit **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role experience in Qatar is preferred * Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic * Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment * Professional, discreet and approachable with a positive attitude * Team player who can also work independently Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
