This role is essential in providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring optimal functioning of all IT systems and equipment. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2\-4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles. * **Skills:** * Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and common software applications. * Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in\-person. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. * Assist in the management of IT inventory and software licensing. * Document solutions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
