Participation in code reviews and mentoring junior developers Senior Full\-Stack Developer Role Overview The company is seeking an experienced Full\-Stack Senior Developer with strong expertise in end-to-end web application development (from Front-End to Back-End). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing digital systems, and building scalable, high-performance solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain full web applications (Front\-End \& Back\-End). * Design and build interactive, user-friendly interfaces. * Develop backend services and servers (APIs / Microservices). * Optimize application performance and scalability. * Integrate with databases and third-party systems. * Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. * Collaborate with design, DevOps, and product management teams. * Test applications, debug issues, and improve quality. * Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. * Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them as needed. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 5–8 years of software development experience. * Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue). * Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. * Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL). * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. * Experience with version control systems (Git). * Familiarity with DevOps fundamentals and CI/CD pipelines. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
