Ensure equipment reliability and maintain high safety and quality **Job Summary** Esnad Transport \& Services WLL is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our heavy equipment and vehicle workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, supervising technical staff, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the workshop. * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Supervise mechanics, technicians, electricians, and support staff. * Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime. * Coordinate repairs, inspections, and servicing of heavy equipment, trucks, and vehicles. * Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and safety performance. * Maintain maintenance records, job cards, and inventory control. * Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements. * Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding equipment requirements. * Manage spare parts procurement and workshop budgets. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in workshop management. * Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, and fleet maintenance. * Experience managing workshop teams and maintenance schedules. * Good leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems. * Valid Qatar Driving License preferred. **Preferred Experience** * Experience in heavy equipment rental, transport, logistics, or construction industries. * Familiarity with brands such as Caterpillar, JCB, Volvo, Komatsu, Bobcat, and similar equipment.
