Provide strategic financial insights Al Qasr Group Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced and results\-driven Accounting Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sector across Qatar and the GCC. Requirements \& Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage) ✔ 8–10\+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience ✔ Proven experience in real estate development, property management, and investment companies ✔ Strong knowledge of Qatar Financial Reporting Standards (QFRS/IFRS), taxation, and local regulatory requirements ✔ Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. ✔ GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is highly preferred ✔ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis ✔ Ability to manage month\-end and year\-end closing processes ✔ Experience in managing audits and coordinating with external auditors ✔ Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams ✔ Proficient in ERP accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel ✔ Valid QID required ✔ Valid Qatar Driving License preferred **Key Responsibilities** * **Oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.** * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.** * Manage investment portfolios, project accounting, and real estate financial reporting. * **Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and Qatar regulations.** * Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting. * **Develop and improve internal controls and financial procedures.** Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions.
