Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Clinic Operations Manager** to oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance patient care with operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * **Clinic Operations**: Supervise daily activities, ensuring smooth workflows and patient satisfaction. * **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor medical and administrative staff. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. * **Patient Experience**: Implement initiatives to enhance patient care and service quality. * **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, billing, and resource allocation. * **Technology Integration**: Oversee the use of digital systems for scheduling, records, and reporting. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 7\+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of **clinic management**, patient care standards, and healthcare compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience working in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC region.
