Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards **Facility Engineer** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Monitor facility operations and troubleshoot technical issues. * Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and projects. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Support facility improvement and energy\-saving initiatives. * Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports. * Conduct routine inspections and recommend corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS). * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial facilities. * Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. * Philippines candidates are preferred Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
