Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move freely within their area and do what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, or performing other similar housekeeping responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience. The Guest Environment Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and getting hands-on in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg)) without assistance.
