Summary: Grow Hospitality seeks an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee residential apartment maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient, safe service delivery. Troubleshoot diverse building systems and manage external contractors Our subsidiary, **Grow Hospitality** is looking for an experienced and hands\-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of residential apartment properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, attending to tenant complaints, monitoring building systems, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframe. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors. * Oversee maintenance operations for residential apartment buildings and common areas. * Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Monitor and respond to tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of complaints. * Inspect apartments, common areas, plant rooms, parking areas, and building facilities regularly. * Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other building services. * Assign daily work orders and ensure technicians complete assigned tasks properly and on time. * Monitor the quality of maintenance work and ensure compliance with company standards. * Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance works. * Follow up on major breakdowns, emergency maintenance, and equipment failures. * Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed as planned. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, equipment servicing, and breakdowns. * Monitor the availability and usage of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts. * Coordinate with the procurement team regarding required spare parts and materials. * Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure proper closure of work orders. * Support the Facility/Property Manager in identifying recurring issues and recommending long\-term solutions. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. * Ensure technicians use appropriate PPE and follow safe working practices. * Handle emergency maintenance situations and coordinate immediate corrective action. * Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed according to agreed standards. * Maintain good communication with tenants, property management, security, housekeeping, and other departments. * Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to the Facility/Property Manager. * Perform any other duties related to property maintenance as assigned by management. **Requirements** * Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, property management, or facilities management. * Previous experience managing residential apartments or multiple properties is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building maintenance. * Experience in supervising technicians and coordinating maintenance teams. * Good knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and work\-order management. * Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate effective solutions. * Experience dealing with tenants and handling maintenance complaints professionally. * Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers. * Good knowledge of health and safety procedures. * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations. * **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory** * Immediate availability is an advantage. **Key Skills** Team Supervision \| Building Maintenance \| Property Maintenance \| Preventive Maintenance \| HVAC \| Electrical \| Plumbing \| Civil Works \| Tenant Complaint Handling \| Contractor Management \| Work Order Management \| Troubleshooting \| Health \& Safety \| Emergency Response **Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate should be a hands\-on and proactive Maintenance Supervisor who can effectively manage a maintenance team while ensuring apartment buildings are maintained to a high standard.
