Fostering a culture of quality and excellence within the organization Operations Excellence Manager Role Overview The organization is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead performance improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across all company departments. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies, reducing waste, increasing productivity, and enhancing operational performance quality in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and implement an enterprise-wide operations excellence strategy. * Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. * Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve performance. * Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement. * Manage cross-departmental process improvement projects. * Support digital transformation and optimize operational procedures. * Conduct operational performance studies and provide recommendations. * Train operational teams on improvement methodologies. * Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the organization. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and improvements. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent. * 8–15 years of experience in process improvement or operational performance management. * Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification such as Black Belt is preferred). * Experience in process analysis and business process reengineering (BPR). * High analytical and strategic thinking skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Experience using data analytics tools and BI.
