Enhancing quality and excellence culture Operations Excellence Manager Job Overview Our organization is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead performance improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across all departments. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies, reducing waste, increasing productivity, and enhancing operational performance quality in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement enterprise-wide operational excellence strategy. * Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. * Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve performance. * Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor achievement. * Manage cross-departmental operational improvement projects. * Support digital transformation and optimization of operational procedures. * Conduct operational performance assessments and provide recommendations. * Train operational teams on improvement methodologies. * Promote quality and excellence culture within the organization. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and improvements. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent. * 8–15 years of experience in process improvement or operational performance management. * Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification such as Black Belt preferred). * Experience in process analysis and business process reengineering (BPR). * High analytical and strategic thinking skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Experience using data analytics tools and BI platforms.
