The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring smooth check\-in and check\-out procedures, and assisting guests with their inquiries to create a positive hotel experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner. * Handle **guest check\-in and check\-out procedures** efficiently. * Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests. * Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly. * Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. * Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. * Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in the hotel system. * Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Hospitality Management or related field** is preferred. * Minimum **1–2 years of experience in Front Office or customer service**, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Presentable, friendly, and professional attitude. * Ability to work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends and holidays. * Knowledge of **hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office** is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience working in a **hotel Front Office**. * Knowledge of **PMS systems (Opera or similar)** is an advantage. * Multilingual skills are a plus.
