Work effectively as part of a team A **Construction Laborer (General Laborer)** provides essential support on construction sites by assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing work areas, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized job site. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in various weather conditions while following safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after projects. * Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, and other skilled trades as needed. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform basic demolition work. * Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, or other construction materials when required. * Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, barricades, and fencing. * Remove debris and dispose of waste materials in accordance with site procedures. * Follow all workplace health and safety regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other manual labor tasks assigned by supervisors to support project completion. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. * Previous construction or general labor experience is an asset but not essential. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) or more and perform physically demanding work. * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Valid driver's license or reliable transportation may be preferred. **Skills:** * Physical strength and endurance. * Attention to safety and detail. * Teamwork and communication. * Time management and dependability. * Problem\-solving and adaptability. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment Pay: QAR41,000\.00 \- QAR55,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
