The ideal candidate will support data quality, documentation, and compliance processes while ensuring information is properly maintained and accessible. Responsibilities * Maintain and update pharmaceutical data records and documentation. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems. * Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies. * Support compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. * Prepare reports and maintain data documentation. * Coordinate with internal teams to support data management activities. * Assist with audits and data verification processes. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Information Management, or a related field. * Experience in pharmaceutical data management, healthcare administration, or a similar role is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. * Knowledge of data management processes and documentation standards. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools. * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
