Provide executive and administrative support to the Executive Director of Preventative Health, coordinating departmental activities, projects, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day\-to\-day executive and administrative support to the Executive Director of Preventative Health, ensuring consistency and professionalism in documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and support departmental activities across Health Protection, Wellness Programs, Screening Programs, and Oral Health Promotion and Prevention services.
* Maintain efficient and effective operational processes aligned with our commitment to operational excellence.
* Support administrative processes and facilitate effective workflow and collaboration between departments.
* Coordinate, monitor, and support departmental projects, including conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports and documentation.
* Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of reports and related documents to meet statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
* Support the development, monitoring, and management of the Preventative Health Directorate budget.
* Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
* Verify and maintain documentation required for accreditation, compliance activities, quality initiatives, and directorate projects.
* Support the development and implementation of action plans to address opportunities for improvement and ensure continued compliance with statutory, organizational, and accreditation standards.
* Exercise sound professional judgment in administrative matters under general supervision.
* Maintain professional knowledge and competencies through participation in departmental, organizational, and external meetings, seminars, workshops, and training programs.
* Promote a proactive culture of patient safety by identifying potential risks and contributing to preventive measures.
* Identify, document, and report actual or potential patient safety concerns, incidents, errors, and near misses in a timely manner.
* Adhere to all patient safety policies, procedures, protocols, and reporting requirements.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
* Collaborate with line management to identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support the implementation and evaluation of risk management plans.
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
* Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and safeguard sensitive organizational and patient information.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience \& Knowledge Requirements
* Minimum of five (5\) years of administrative, executive support, or operational coordination experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
* Strong understanding of healthcare administration, quality improvement methodologies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
* Experience in project coordination, report preparation, budget support, and policy administration.
Skills \& Competencies
* Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate, concise, and professional reports and correspondence.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high\-quality deliverables.
* Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: QAR11,000\.00 per month
