We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) who can lead complex sourcing programs, develop supplier partnerships, and drive procurement excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business objectives while optimizing cost, quality, risk, and supplier performance. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Contract Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Procurement Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, improve efficiency, and increase organizational value through strategic purchasing initiatives. Risk Management: Monitor supply market conditions and proactively mitigate sourcing risks related to cost fluctuations, supplier capacity, and market disruptions. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, engineering, and commercial departments to understand business requirements and deliver sourcing solutions. Team Leadership: Mentor procurement professionals, support capability development, and foster a high\-performance sourcing culture. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize procurement analytics and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are highly valued. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier management, contract negotiations, category management, and procurement best practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, assess supplier performance, and make informed recommendations that support business objectives. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading procurement teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving organizational change. Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners. Technology: Experience working with ERP systems, procurement platforms, spend analytics tools, and supplier management software.
