We are seeking an experienced **Document Controller**, knowledgeable in the Qatar market, to become a vital member of our dynamic team. In this role, your primary focus will be on maintaining, managing, and ensuring the accuracy and security of important documents. Your role is key to providing top\-tier administrative support and upholding our brand's reputation in the Qatar market through meticulous document handling and management. Responsibilities: * Oversee the efficient organization and storage of documents, both physical and digital, in our document management system. * Ensure all documents are kept in compliance with regulatory and company standards, including timely updates and revisions. * Coordinate the access, retrieval, and distribution of documents within the organization and with clients as needed. * Monitor document processes and systems to ensure effective management, accuracy, and security of documents. * Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and reliability of document tracking and filing systems. Qualifications: * Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Qatar market. * Proficient knowledge of document control software, databases, and records management. * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Self\-motivated with an attentive work ethic, focusing on information security and document integrity. Working hours from 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break). Friday is OFF and Saturday is OFF (but on call).
