Project Management: * Oversee daily cleaning operations for assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and productivity. 2\. Team Leadership: * Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff. * Ensure proper allocation of manpower based on project requirements, including gender\-specific tasks where applicable. 3\. Client Relations: * Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. * Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and implement necessary improvements. 4\. Compliance and Documentation: * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including PPE usage and chemical handling. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation such as MSDS, SOPs, and staff training records. 5\. Operational Excellence: * Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring functionality and cost\-efficiency. * Regularly review cleaning methods and materials for continuous improvement. 6\. Budget Management: * Prepare and manage project budgets, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality. * Analyze costs and recommend cost\-effective solutions for cleaning operations. 7\. Training and Development: * Organize BICSc and other relevant training for staff to enhance their skills. * Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence within the team. INFORMATION Desired Skills \& Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning operations, with at least 3 years in the GCC region. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and equipment. * Expertise in managing teams, client relationships, and operational workflows. * Proficient in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. * BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) training is highly advantageous. * Must be an Arabic national or able to read and write fluent Arabic. * Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
