Develop and present actionable recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases aligned with client goals and constraints. Lead the design and optimization of operating models, workflows, KPI frameworks, and change\-management plans. Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements; monitor progress and adapt as needed. Support or drive implementation of recommended solutions, including process changes, system integrations, and organizational changes. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to inform strategy. Prepare client\-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and value. Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 2\+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related advisory role. Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities; proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and project management.
