Ensuring information security and data protection **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with corporate goals. * Lead IT, software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. * Oversee digital transformation and technological innovation projects. * Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure information security, data protection, and compliance with local and international standards. * Manage technology budgets and monitor technical expenditures. * Collaborate with executive departments to develop technology solutions supporting business objectives. * Oversee system and application development and enhance technical performance. * Build partnerships with technology service providers and tech companies. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management on technical performance, risks, and opportunities. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of technical experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong experience in managing technical infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. * Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, data management, and artificial intelligence. * Outstanding leadership and communication skills. * Ability to make strategic decisions and manage cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
