Summary: Seeking an experienced Data & AI Project Lead to drive end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance using Agile methodologies for data and AI initiatives. Oversee vendor coordination and manage project dependencies Job Description\- Role Overview – Data \& AI Project Lead Experience \- 12\+ years Location\- Qatar Key Responsibilities * End\-to\-end ownership of project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and closure. * Manage and engage multiple stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners. * Drive project governance using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking through JIRA. * Facilitate Project Review Working Groups, ensuring timely updates, risk mitigation, and effective decision\-making. * Oversee vendor coordination and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Monitor project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple workstreams. * Ensure successful delivery of Data, Analytics, Governance, and AI\-related initiatives aligned with business objectives. Required Skills and Experience * Minimum 12\+ years of experience managing large\-scale Data and AI projects, preferably within banking or financial services. * Strong technical understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI\-driven solutions. * Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver programs under tight timelines. * Hands\-on expertise in Agile project management, JIRA, and collaboration tools. * Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills. * GCC and/or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable.
