Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman – Drawing Coordination to join our team, responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary construction drawings. Highlights: 1. Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings across all packages. 2. Maintain and manage CAD data, updating drawings based on latest designs. 3. Work closely with engineers to resolve drawing-related issues. **Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years in a consultancy dealing directly with municipality projects Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Draftsman – Drawing Coordination** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of **Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings**, with proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary construction drawings and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities * Ensure full coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines across all drawing packages and models. * Maintain and manage the archive of all CAD data. * Update drawings based on the latest design information. * Review sketches, CAD drawings, Revit models, specifications, and engineering data to ensure compliance with design concepts and project requirements. * Ensure IFC drawings are submitted accurately and within the project schedule. * Prepare drawing printouts and maintain organized file records. * Revise drawings based on red\-mark comments and incorporate changes into CAD files. * Work closely with engineers to coordinate and resolve drawing\-related issues. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior CAD drafters. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in a consultancy environment working directly on municipality projects. * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and experience working on various construction\-related projects. * Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering and construction drawings. * Familiarity with departmental and discipline\-specific CAD standards. * Knowledge of Revit and drawing coordination processes is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail with a good sense of design, color, and layout. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * High level of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism. * Team\-oriented with the ability to learn quickly in a fast\-paced environment. * Creative, cooperative, and hardworking personality. * Ability to understand drawing comments and revise drawings accordingly.
