Job Summary: The Head of Data Science leads teams to develop and implement AI and data science strategies, and oversees the design of predictive analytics and machine learning models. Key Highlights: 1. Developing and implementing data science and artificial intelligence strategies 2. Leading data science, data engineering, and analytics teams 3. Designing and developing predictive analytics and machine learning models Head of Data Science Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement data science and artificial intelligence strategies aligned with company objectives. * Lead data science, data engineering, and technical analytics teams. * Design and develop predictive analytics and machine learning (Machine Learning) models. * Oversee data collection and processing, ensuring data quality and governance. * Transform big data into insights and reports supporting operational and strategic decision-making. * Develop AI and advanced analytics solutions to improve efficiency and performance. * Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions. * Oversee data tools and technologies such as: * Python * SQL * Power BI * Tableau * Spark * TensorFlow * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. * Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data science and artificial intelligence. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in data analysis or data science, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong experience in building and managing data science teams. * Advanced knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. * Strong programming, data analysis, and project management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and managerial teams. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
