Mentorship from experienced HR professionals HR Recruitment Intern **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Internship (Full\-Time) **Department:** Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **HR Recruitment Intern** to join our Talent Acquisition team in Doha, Qatar. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and end\-to\-end hiring processes while working alongside experienced HR professionals. **Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.** Key Responsibilities * Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks. * Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. * Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. * Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status. * Support recruitment documentation and onboarding activities. * Assist with day\-to\-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations. Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good organizational and time management abilities. * Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. * Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage. * Candidates currently residing in Qatar with immediate availability are preferred.
