As a **Lean Six Sigma Trainer** at Excellence Training Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high\-quality Lean Six Sigma training programs to professionals and corporate clients. You will equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, improve business processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across various industries. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training programs for Green Belt and Black Belt levels. * Teach Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques through engaging classroom sessions. * Provide practical examples, case studies, and hands\-on exercises to help participants apply Lean Six Sigma concepts in real\-world scenarios. * Guide participants in process improvement, problem\-solving, root cause analysis, and data\-driven decision\-making. * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback throughout the training. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest Lean Six Sigma methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends, incorporating them into training programs. Qualifications: * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required. * Proven experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies in professional environments. * Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, process improvement techniques, and quality management methodologies. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Passion for training and helping professionals develop practical process improvement skills. * Must be currently based in Qatar.
