Summary: This role involves applying protective and decorative coatings, maintaining painting equipment and areas, coordinating with colleagues and tenants, and responding to emergency works and unit preparations. Highlights: 1. Apply protective and decorative paint coatings 2. Coordinate with tenants and staff on operational matters 3. Attend to emergency works and unit preparations · Applying the protective and decorative coat of paint, varnishing and other related materials to the interior and exterior surfaces of the building and other structures. · Cleaning the painting equipment, paint mixing area and the work area · Maintaining the proper matching with the appropriate paint procedures · Perform all assignments given by immediate supervisor · Monitoring job card assignment and getting job card done at the right time. · Coordination with Data Entry in opening and closing of job card. · Accurately and promptly fulfilling tenant’s request. · Coordinate with tenants, co\-staff, supervisors in the operational matters. · Attending emergency works (if any) · Attending arrivals preparation of units · Maintaining orderliness of compound and facilities · Report any painting irregularities for immediate repairs and actions.
