Professional certifications are highly desirable. **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, capital planning, financial modeling, risk assessment, and performance analytics. **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to manage teams, drive organizational change, and influence decision\-making at senior levels. **Communication:** Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. **Mindset:** A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, commercial awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence.
