Opportunity to lead teams and coordinate facility operations. We are seeking a qualified **Chiller Technician** with a **Diploma in Facility Maintenance**. The ideal candidate must be **specialized in Air\-Cooled Chillers** and demonstrate strong **team leadership abilities** to manage operations and technicians effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * **Chiller Operations** – Installation, operation, and maintenance of **air\-cooled chillers**. * **Preventive Maintenance** – Conduct routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions. * **Team Leadership** – Supervise technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards. * **Facility Compliance** – Maintain records, ensure adherence to facility regulations, and support audits. * **Troubleshooting** – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues promptly. **Qualifications** * Diploma in **Facility Maintenance / HVAC / Mechanical Engineering** (mandatory). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in chiller operations, preferably air\-cooled systems. * Strong knowledge of **BMS monitoring, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems**. * Proven ability to **lead teams** and coordinate facility operations. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. **Preferred Attributes** * Gulf experience in **facility management projects**. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deployment deadlines. * Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
