Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Systems * Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of: * Split AC Systems * VRF/VRV Systems * Package Units * AHUs, FAHUs \& FCUs * Ventilation \& Exhaust Systems * Chilled Water Systems * Diagnose complex HVAC faults and provide permanent solutions. * Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Support technicians during major breakdowns and emergency call\-outs. Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manage maintenance and repair of: * Combi Ovens * Convection Ovens * Fryers * Grills \& Griddles * Walk\-In Chillers \& Freezers * Upright Refrigerators \& Freezers * Ice Machines * Dishwashers * Food Preparation Equipment Operations \& Management * Supervise maintenance technicians. * Plan daily work schedules and emergency responses. * Conduct site inspections and client meetings. * Prepare technical reports and quotations. * Improve first\-time fix rates and service quality. * Ensure client complaints are resolved promptly.
