Summary: Supervise HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, providing technical guidance and managing work orders. Highlights: 1. Lead HVAC maintenance and repair operations. 2. Troubleshoot complex HVAC PLC controls. 3. Provide technical assistance to HVAC technicians. **Position Title: HVAC Supervisor** **Major Responsibilities:** · Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement activities. · Prepare maintenance reports. · Assign and distribute work orders and work requests. · Receive work permits as competent person and execute work in line with work permit, Work method statement and risk assessment. · Preparing and assisting in work method statement and risk assessment for the planned and urgent work orders. · HVAC PLC controls troubleshooting. · Assist in ordering and pick up parts for HVAC’s. · Inspect contracted work as needed. · Coordinate work with other departments as needed. · Assist in budget planning and preparation. · Supervising the disposal of all hazardous and non\-hazardous waste in MPCL designated waste bins. · Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs. · Provide technical assistance and guidance to HVAC technicians. **Education, Experience and General Requirements:** · Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Engineering · Technical certification in HVAC systems (preferred) · Minimum **8\-10 years** of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. · At least **4–5** years in a Supervisory role. · Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility management projects. · Prior experience in Project Management required; PMO experience preferred. · Awareness and understanding of Project Management methodologies and lifecycles. · Fluent in English (written and verbal). · Valid QID with NOC **Additional Details** * **Work Location:** Doha, Qatar * **Joining:** Immediately * **How to Apply:** Send your updated CV to **recruitment6q@gmail.com** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
