Summary: Seeking a skilled mechanical fitter for maintenance, repair, installation, and leadership, ensuring safety and continuous improvement of mechanical systems. Highlights: 1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems 2. Install new mechanical systems and equipment per specifications 3. Provide technical guidance and support to junior fitters and team members  **Maintenance \& Repair:** * Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems, including pumps, All Type of Valves, Gear boxes, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly and reduce downtime. * Diagnose mechanical faults, identify solutions, and execute repairs promptly.  **Installation:** * Install new mechanical systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and engineering drawings. * Ensure that all installations comply with company standards and industry regulations.  **Leadership \& Supervision:** * Provide technical guidance and support to junior fitters, apprentices, and other team members. * Oversee the work of less experienced fitters, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. * Contribute to the training and development of the maintenance team.  **Safety \& Compliance:** * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment. * Conduct safety inspections of mechanical equipment and systems, reporting any potential hazards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, parts used, and hours worked.  **Continuous Improvement:** * Proactively identify opportunities to improve maintenance procedures and reduce equipment downtime. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovations that enhance operational efficiency. **Skills:** * Strong technical skills in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and mentoring abilities. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
