Manage all structural steel production activities from preparation through fit\-up, welding, blasting/painting and dispatch
Establish production targets, manpower plans, shift priorities, productivity controls, bottleneck recovery, quality coordination, and delivery performance.
Minimum 12 years in structural steel fabrication, including 5\+ years managing production.
Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent
Deep fabrication and welding knowledge
Capacity and manpower planning
Productivity KPIs, drawing reading, CNC/fabrication equipment exposure
ERP/MRP familiarity strong shop\-floor leadership.
Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month
