Experience \& Requirements * Minimum **8 years of relevant experience** working with **SCADA systems in electrical utilities**. * Basic knowledge of **SCADA systems and power system operations**, including: * Generation * Transmission * Distribution * Familiarity with **GE SCADA systems** is an advantage. * Basic understanding of common **industrial communication protocols**. * Awareness of **OT/ICS cybersecurity practices** in electrical and industrial environments. * Good **hardware troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills**. * Proficient in **English**, both spoken and written. * **Arabic language skills** are an advantage. * Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, control room operators, and other technical teams. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the **operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems** used in electrical utilities. * Monitor SCADA hardware and associated equipment for faults and abnormalities. * Perform **hardware troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance**. * Support SCADA equipment associated with **generation, transmission, and distribution systems**. * Assist with **GE SCADA systems** and related equipment where required. * Support troubleshooting of communication links and industrial protocols. * Assist engineers with SCADA system testing, maintenance, modifications, and commissioning activities. * Maintain accurate **maintenance records, fault reports, and technical documentation**. * Follow approved **OT/ICS cybersecurity practices** when accessing and maintaining SCADA systems. * Coordinate with SCADA engineers, electrical technicians, control room personnel, and other technical teams. * Follow all applicable **electrical safety procedures and operational requirements**.
